We want you to be completely satisfied with your M.A.R.F. purchase. Please note that all items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Here's what you need to know:

1. Return Window

• 15 days from delivery date
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags must be attached

2. How to Return

• Email info@makeamericarapefree.com with your order number
• We'll provide a return shipping address
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Ship item back within 7 days of receiving return authorization

3. Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving item
• Refunded to original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return for refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the damage or defect
• We'll ship a free replacement — no return required

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Items worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
• Items returned after the 15-day window
